Big Wins Ratified at F&P Manufacturing

Unifor Local 1285 members at F&P Manufacturing, an independent auto parts supplier in Tottenham, Ontario, have successfully ratified their first collective agreement with 94% voting in favour. The agreement includes:

• 16% wage increases over three years, with 11% in year one, 3% in year two, and 2% in year three.
• A pathway for 170 temporary workers to convert to full-time jobs.
• Improved benefits, faster wage progression, and new workplace programs to support equity and advocacy.
