Tues., April 19: 14:00-20:00 (2 p.m. – 8 p.m.)

Weds., April 20: 11:00-17:00 (11 a.m. – 5 p.m.)

CIRB Application Update

The CIRB Industrial Relations Officer issued a Letter of Understanding this afternoon. While it was a day late according to the schedule, the good news is there is currently no disagreement amongst the parties and we anticipate a decision and vote order at some point next week.

Please note that while we anticipate this to occur next week, the CIRB is not bound by a deadline in making this decision, so we will keep you posted as new information becomes available.

COMPLETED Weds. March 30 – Deadline for Employer to provide employee list of eligible voters

COMPLETED Mon. April 4 – Deadline for Employer and CLAC to provide response to the Unifor application

COMPLETED Mon. April 11 – Deadline for Unifor to respond to both the Employer and CLAC’s responses

COMPLETED Weds. April 13 – Deadline for CIRB Industrial Relations Officer to provide a Letter of Understanding to the parties regarding all positions.
