Weds., April 27: 14:00-20:00 (2 p.m. – 8 p.m.)

Thurs., April 28: 11:00-17:00 (11 a.m. – 5 p.m.)

CIRB Application Update - Timeline

COMPLETED Weds. March 30 – Deadline for Employer to provide employee list of eligible voters

COMPLETED Mon. April 4 – Deadline for Employer and CLAC to provide response to the Unifor application

COMPLETED Mon. April 11 – Deadline for Unifor to respond to both the Employer and CLAC’s responses

COMPLETED Weds. April 13 – Deadline for CIRB Industrial Relations Officer to provide a Letter of Understanding to the parties regarding all positions.

COMPLETED Mon. April 25 - CIRB issues decision and vote order

NEXT STEP?  CIRB to confirm vote details and date.

The CIRB has arranged for a conference call this afternoon to discuss possible vote details with the parties. We will keep everyone up-to-date as more information becomes available.
