As we usher in the new year with hope, growth, and the promise of positive change, Unifor extends our warmest wishes to each of you. May the coming year bring you and your loved ones prosperity and joy.

Let's kick off the year with a campaign update and a reminder of why the collective voice of Unifor is essential for fostering positive change in your workplace.

Momentum continues to build as F&P workers recognize that real change can only occur through unionization by joining Unifor. The company's current trajectory prioritizes its needs over the well-being of its employees, with arbitrary changes in rules, stagnant wages, and a lack of respect for the workforce persisting.

As we advance in the campaign, we encourage you to engage in conversations with your colleagues. Ask them about their reasons for supporting the union and their vision for a better workplace. Let them know that Unifor is here to amplify your collective voice and address these concerns.

Remember, positive change starts with you, the workers. Unite, stand together, and make F&P Manufacturing a company where every employee matters and the future is built on fairness, equality, and respect.

Share your reasons with us and your coworkers!

In our previous campaign, we asked workers to share why they supported the drive to unionization. These testimonials highlight the common desire among workers for a workplace that values and respects its employees, promotes fairness, and ensures a bright future for all. We invite you to share your reasons for supporting the union and creating positive change. Your voice matters; together, we can build a workplace that reflects your collective values.

If you want to share your reasons, email me at [email protected]. I wish you a Happy New Year filled with unity, strength, and unionization!
