Thank you to the many workers who have updated their Unifor membership cards. Your renewed support has helped put this campaign back on track and rebuild the momentum needed to move forward.
With this continued momentum, we can reach the majority support required to file an application and give DynaMig workers a real voice at work.
Why Unifor?
Right now, DynaMig makes the decisions affecting your wages, benefits, working conditions and job security. Workers may be consulted, but the company ultimately has the final say.
Joining Unifor changes that balance.
With Unifor, workers can elect their own representatives, identify their priorities and sit across from DynaMig as equals to negotiate a legally binding collective agreement.
That agreement could address the issues that matter most to you, including:
- Fair wage increases that keep up with the cost of living
- Better benefits and paid time off
- Clear rules for promotions and job postings
- Improved job security
- Fair treatment and consistent workplace policies
- Health and safety protections
- A grievance process to challenge unfair decisions
- A real voice when workplace changes are being considered
A collective agreement means these issues are not left entirely to management. The improvements and protections you negotiate are put in writing and can be enforced.
Unifor represents thousands of workers in auto parts and manufacturing. The union has the experience, resources and bargaining strength to help DynaMig workers negotiate improvements based on the priorities you set.
Now Is the Time to Update Your Card
Membership cards are valid for one year in Ontario. If your card has expired, or if an organizer has asked you to update it, please take a moment to sign a new card: If you signed a few weeks ago you do not need to sign a new one

Signing a card is confidential. It shows that you want Unifor to apply to become your bargaining representative once majority support has been reached.
Talk to Two Coworkers This Week
Let’s set a simple goal: each supporter speaks with two coworkers this week.
Tell them why you signed. Ask what they would like to improve at DynaMig and share the membership-card link with them.
If every supporter brings coworkers into the campaign, we can quickly build the majority needed to file an application.
Every updated card, every conversation and every new supporter moves this campaign closer to the finish line.
We have the momentum. Now let’s keep it going and build the strong majority needed to win a voice at DynaMig.
