Still Interested in Joining Unifor? Let Us Know by Signing a Card MHRTH

We are reaching out to ask a simple but important question: are you still interested in joining Unifor?
One of the clearest ways for us to understand where things stand is through membership cards. Signing a Unifor membership card allows us to measure support for your organizing efforts and determine whether there is still a path forward. It has been some time since many of you signed, and in order for us to continue supporting this effort, we need to know that interest remains active.
If you are still interested, we encourage you to sign a card today. This helps ensure your support is current and counted as we assess next steps together.
Over the past while, organizing efforts at Roy Thomson Hall and Massey Hall have slowed, and we wanted to check in more broadly. We are interested in understanding whether conditions in the workplace have improved, or whether the slowdown reflects how busy and stretched many of you are with work and personal commitments.
We know how demanding your work can be, and organizing is not always easy to prioritize. At the same time, the issues that brought many of you into these conversations remain important, including:
- fair and transparent scheduling
- improved wages and benefits
- clear and consistent workplace policies
- a stronger collective voice in workplace decisions
If circumstances have changed, we would appreciate hearing that as well. Understanding where things stand helps ensure that any next steps reflect the reality of your workplace today.
If you are ready to move this forward, now is the time to reconnect, ask questions, and consider how you can help rebuild momentum.
Please feel free to reach out confidentially at any time.
