ਵਧਾਈਆਂ! ‘ਐਫ ਐਂਡ ਪੀ’ ਮੈਨੂਫੈਕਚਰਿੰਗ ਦੇ ਕਾਫੀ ਕਰਮਚਾਰੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਯੂਨੀਫੋਰ ਮੈਂਬਰਸ਼ਿਪ ਕਾਰਡ 'ਤੇ ਹਸਤਾਖਰ ਕੀਤੇ ਹਨ। ਕੱਲ੍ਹ, ਯੂਨੀਅਨ ਲਈ ਤੁਹਾਡੀ ਅਰਜ਼ੀ ਲੇਬਰ ਬੋਰਡ ਕੋਲ ਐੱਫ ਐਂਡ ਪੀ ਕਰਮਚਾਰੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਯੂਨੀਅਨ ਬਣਨ ਲਈ ਦਾਇਰ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਗਈ ਸੀ।

We’ve filed!

Congratulations! Enough workers at F&P Manufacturing have signed a Unifor membership card. Our application was filed with the Labour Board to become the union for F&P Manufacturing workers.

This sets in place a one-week countdown for all workers to vote on whether they want to join Unifor. The Labour Board will review our application and make a ruling in the coming days to officially set the date and times of the vote, but you can expect the vote in about 5 business days.

Mark it on your calendar to make sure you are available to vote.

Voting Yes is the best step you and your co-workers can make to building a better life for yourself, your family and your community.

Throughout this campaign, workers at F&P Manufacturing have told us that:

You can also expect the employer to try to talk you out of voting to join Unifor. This is their right, of course, but they are not allowed to make threats or mislead you. We’ll have more to say about this and other issues in the days to come - including details of the vote once the Labour Board issues its order.
